Q1 : Will your window-facing LCD display appear black and burn out in the sun?
A1 : No, our LCD displays are designed to withstand high temperatures and intense sunlight. They use industrial-grade, wide-temperature screens that can withstand up to 110℃, and high-transmittance liquid crystal glass to reduce the brightness and heat generated by the backlight. As a result, our displays are able to maintain a safe operating temperature, even in strong sunlight, and will not burn out or lose their ability to display images.
Q2 : Why do the same type of products I bought have black screens and permanent burns?
A2 : The black screen is likely due to overheating, which can exceed the working temperature of the liquid crystal molecules and cause damage. Ordinary liquid crystal glass has a working temperature of 0℃ to 50℃, but strong sunlight can generate a lot of heat and raise the temperature inside the machine to 70℃ or higher. In addition, window-facing displays often require high brightness to be visible in sunlight, which can generate even more heat from the backlight. The combination of sunlight and high heat can cause permanent burns on the LCD screen. To prevent this, it is important to use high-quality, industrial-grade materials that can withstand high temperatures and intense sunlight.
Q3 :Is it possible to avoid the black screen phenomenon by using a wide temperature industrial screen?
A3 : While industrial-grade LCD screens can withstand a wide range of temperatures, it is not a guarantee that they will not experience black screen or burn out. The light transmittance of the liquid crystal glass is an important factor in this regard. Ordinary liquid crystal glass has a light transmittance of about 5%, while high-transparency liquid crystal glass has a light transmittance of 8% to 10%. In order to achieve a high-brightness display effect, the backlight brightness of an industrial-grade LCD screen must be 60% to 100% higher than the light transmittance of the liquid crystal glass. This can generate a large amount of heat, which can cause the screen to go black and burn out if the temperature exceeds the tolerance range. To avoid this, it is important to choose high-quality, high-transparency liquid crystal glass that can reduce the heat generated by the backlight.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that all products undergo four tests (IQC, Assembly Test, Aging Test, OQC) before they are shipped. We place a high priority on product quality and customer service.
Q3: How about the warranty?
A3: All products manufactured by us come with a minimum one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.

Q5: How long is the lead time?
A5: Due to our Quality Management System (QMS), which requires a minimum 24-hour aging test, the lead time is generally 2 to 7 days depending on the order quantity. For special ODM orders, the lead time is 1 to 3 weeks.
