Aluminum Profile Heat Dissipation     High Efficient

LCD screen won’t appear black and burn out in the sun

It is unlikely that normal LCD screen will burn out in the sun.Our LCD screens are designed to be able to withstand a wide range of lighting conditions, including direct sunlight.

Aluminum profile heat dissipation

Aluminum profiles is a highly conductive material, which means that it can efficiently transfer heat from the device to the surrounding air.

Aluminum profile heat dissipation is an effective and efficient way to keep outdoor  digital signage cool and prevent them from overheating

Our Tests

Solar Radiation Simulation Test

This can be useful in determining the durability and reliability of the screen in outdoor environments, where it may be exposed to intense sunlight for extended periods of time. The test typically involves exposing the LCD screen to simulated solar radiation using specialized equipment, and then measuring its performance in terms of factors such as color accuracy, image quality, and visibility.

Low & High Temperature Test

High temperatures can cause materials to burn and age rapidly, while low temperatures can make outdoor lcd display failure to start .Testing for high and low temperatures can help ensure ourdoor lcd ad player will be able to withstand the conditions it will be exposed to during its intended use. Additionally, testing for high and low temperatures can help identify any potential design flaws that could cause our ourdoor lcd ad player to fail under extreme temperature conditions.

IP65 waterproof test

To pass the IP65 waterproof test, our outdoor lcd display must be able to withstand a high-pressure water jet from any direction without allowing water to enter the device. Our outdoor lcd display must also be able to prevent the ingress of dust, which can cause damage and impair the performance of the device.
