Assembly Process

Backlight Module Structure: all aluminum structure, light and thin, good appearance, effective heat dissipation.
LED Backlight: white LED beads, high brightness, 50K hrs lifespan, perfect brightness uniformity.

Place Optical Films & OC

Diffusion plate, diffusion film, gloss enhancement film,etc to improve the brightness and uniformity of the backlight.

Industrial grade open cell. The heat resistance coefficient of the liquid crystal molecules in the LCD screen is increased, reducing the occurrence of blackening defect under direct sunlight and the damage of the LCD screen.
Assembles T-con board, LED driver boards ,Lock cover and test brightness
